I’m an intuitive leader working at the intersection of creativity and culture, with people committed to building a brighter future. A curator at heart, I bring new-to-world experiences to life by serving as the bridge between designers, business leaders and diverse stakeholders.

For two decades, I’ve been a business, operations and growth partner to creative founders and business leaders. My passion and expertise lie in building the systems, strategies, cultures and relationships that bring their vision to life—while also ensuring their businesses thrive and make an impact in the world.
WHERE?
Equal parts South African, British and Californian, my respect for diverse perspectives is foundational to who I am. I've shaped exemplary design teams at level, Box Clever and Turner Duckworth. Committed to nurturing community, I am Founder of the Women of East Bay and a collective member of the VC firm Baukunst. With a degree in Photography, and minor in Philosophy, from the University of the Arts London, I ‘see’ the depths of challenges and opportunities, untangling ambiguity and framing pathways to success.

A reader of rooms is needed to pull together the threads of visionaries, talent and partners. Translating desires, realities and intent, I am there for the conversations and discussions between stakeholders, putting form to the narratives and configuring actionable next steps that carry us all forwards. Business development, brief writing, creative strategy—I am here for it.
PROGRAM DIRECTION.
Charting a course, whether known or unknown, often throws up as many challenges as wins. Having spent two decades shaping and facilitating creative journeys—often with clients who have never engaged with design—I work as a steward, directing complex multidisciplinary programs. By thinking around corners, and streamlining with realistic, frank problem solving, I efficiently realign cadence and resources.

Lasting success is created through culture. Employee atrophy and turnover sucks budget, energy and reputation out of a business. A believer in the power of the human experience, I structure high-performing teams with minimal attrition, where individuals feel seen and heard.
